Returns and Refunds

At Beeyond Paper we are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders. In addition we cannot accept returns or initiate refunds based on customer errors (such as typos or grammatical mistakes). 

In the case of a Beeyond Paper error, please accept our apology and be assured that every effort will be made to correct the mistake as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error you will be given the option of a full refund or a reprinting of your order. All request for refunds require that the order be returned in its original form and packaging before the refund can be issued.

All unopened blank invitations and other non-customized products may be returned to our facility within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees and a 40% restocking fee.

Cancellations

Blank Stock and other Non-Customized Products: Most blank stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of your request. Every effort will be made to cancel your order within that time period. However, due to time zone differences and the distances between different manufacturers, cancellations can not always be guaranteed. Unopened product may be returned within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees and a 40% restocking fee.

Customized Orders can not be cancelled or returned after the request to print or ship has been given. Beeyond Paper encourages customers to proofread their work carefully since we can not be held responsible for typos or grammatical mistakes. A 40% cancellation/typesetting fee applies to all customized orders cancelled BEFORE the request to print has been given.
