This darling multi-layered card is perfect for your next party. The bottom card, bordered in blue & white stripes with a wide yellow band, acts as a base for the top card that features a sailboat against a blue background and bordered in yellow & red. The two cards are then affixed with included foam tape. Use for Birth Announcement, Birthday Party! White envelopes are included.
