The bottom card, featuring a blue & white Herringbone pattern with a wide green stripe, acts as a base for the top card that features a cupcake in a Herringbone wrapper bordered in blue & green. The two cards are then affixed with included foam tape. Use for Birth Announcement, Birthday Party! White envelopes are included.
